• Pretty informative book. I appreciated the common sense problem solving approach when data from sources isn't obvious. Wasn't intimidating...teaches you to run through some quick diagnostics to solve most common hit list. Book also has a good depth into the whys. Obvious the author knows her stuff. Good book to have by the workstation.
